Welcome BAR BUAH to Peckham!

Bar Buah is the new project from Mallorquín chef Elies Salvà Ruiz de Villegas, who just finished as head chef at Oranj in Shoreditch. Before that, he cooked with Lee Tiernan at Black Axe Mangal, with earlier stints at Sessions Arts Club, Barrafina and Westerns Laundry.

Buah will offer the classic Spanish bar food feel, serving Balearic-Iberian dishes like Crab Caldereta, Oxtail croquetas, and Calamar a la bruta. Soft launch runs from September 30th to October 6th (50% off all food) with Elies in residence for 12 months.
